Green Field Marketing secures exclusive partnership resulting in employment of dedicated team
Specialist Field Marketing company Green Field Marketing Ltd has expanded its team with the recruitment of two new employees after signing an exclusive partnership deal with Boost Drinks which owns the number one selling* soft drink in Northern Ireland’s convenience sector.
Boost will continue its joint investment into retail development with Hardy Distribution through this enhanced relationship with Green Field Marketing – with the aim of delivering a high-level service of the Boost Drinks portfolio to wholesale and retail customers.
As official representatives for Boost, Green Field Marketing will integrate all 2022 NPD into the NI market as well as maintaining and developing sales through the development of relationships with the NI retail estate.
Green Field Marketing will act as Boost’s eyes and ears on the ground to help shape future strategy – a demonstration of Boost’s continued dedication to the NI market and willingness to work closely with both its wholesale and retail customers.
Boost has worked with Green Field Marketing for four years now, under previous management – PRL In-Market Solutions. The expert field marketing company – that has sustainability at the heart, operating a carbon neutral business model – has contributed to year-on-year progress for Boost. Not only does Boost Drinks hold the best-selling soft drink in the province’s convenience sector it has the second best-selling iced coffee range and second largest sport’s drink range*, in their category, in NI convenience also.
“We are delighted to have secured a deal that allowed us to recruit two dedicated Boost representatives in Northern Ireland,” said Green Field Marketing Operations Director Martin Rice. “It’s wonderful news not just for us but for Boost’s retailers and consumers.
“We’ve been working with Boost for four years and have enjoyed working with such an innovative brand in NI. This new contract reinforces Boost’s commitment to Northern Ireland and enables us to invest locally in the brand – with the employment of new staff – which allows us to further improve the service level to wholesalers and retailers,” he added.
Boost Drinks Retail Development Manager Jack Taylor said: “We are excited to further build our relationship with Green Field Marketing who are the best at what they do. We are investing in our NI team as we want to further build our brand presence and build closer relationships with our highly valued retail customers.
“Northern Ireland is a huge market for us, and the NI consumer is very loyal to Boost – making us the number one soft drink in the independent retail sector here. We don’t take this for granted so with our dedicated Green Field Marketing team we aim to give consumers what they want through more support at wholesale and retail level,” concluded Jack.
Boost was established in 2001 after founder (and MD) Simon Gray saw the opportunity to offer consumers a great quality energy drink at a fraction of the price of other brands at that time.
Three years later Boost, alongside Hardy Distribution, brought the brand to the local market, making the brand 20 years old in NI next year. Boost Drinks now owns the province’s top selling soft drink within the local independent convenience channel*.
Boost is available in various pack formats across seven core Energy flavours and offers Sport and Iced Coffee products.
