Northern Ireland’s fastest growing accident management company achieves new business milestone
Shield Accident Management, NI’s fastest growing accident management company, recorded an impressive doubling of its turnover in the last 12 months and has now expanded its operation with the opening of a new office in The Moy (Co Tyrone). The new admin facility sees the innovative repurposing of a former derelict listed building and will create five new jobs by the end of the year.
Shield Accident Management was formed to take away the stress and hassle associated with being involved in a road traffic collision with one single phone call. At no financial cost to the driver, motorists can access Shield’s full suite of services, which includes vehicle recovery, storage and repair, replacement vehicles and the handling of all necessary insurance or legal affairs with medical assistance if required.
The new offices will create a regional hub for the Northern Ireland owned company with space to grow the local team even further, explained Monica Hughes, Director of Shield.
Monica said: “Our new offices take up two floors of an existing building that we have completely refurbished inside and out. The listed building lay derelict in The Moy for many years before we took it over and breathed new life into it. This regeneration is great for the area and crucially it gives Shield the room we need for future expansion.
“To use motoring parlance, we certainly are in the fast lane of expansion right now and are going from strength to strength, it’s a real milestone in our development plans.”
Monica concluded: “Shield’s full suite of services are free to everyone in Northern Ireland so if you have been involved in a road traffic collision, get in touch with us and we help take the stress and anxiety away with help when you need it most.”
